Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier, browse our online store, click the 'add to basket' button on any items that you wish to purchase, this put's the item into the shopping basket, you then either 'Confirm and Continue', to carry on shopping, 'Checkout Now', to proceed to the Checkout or 'Cancel' to go back to the catalog without adding anything to the basket. Anytime while you are shopping you may click on the 'basket' button to see what you have in the basket or proceed to the checkout at any time by clicking on the 'checkout' button. Once you reach the Checkout you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card or debit card payments online or a cheque made out to CLUBWEAR UK & sent to: Clubwear UK, Unit 5, Greenfield Business Centre, Holywell, Flintshire, CH8 7GR, (England) (this option is available upon checkout)

Orders paid for by check or postal order wil not be sent out untill we have recieved the payment and it has cleared.

For credit card transactions we use the Protx secure online credit card and debit card payment solution, which is used by thousands of online and mail order businesses across the UK.

No credit card details are saved on our site, on Checkout you will be transferred to a 100% secure Protx Server where your details will be taken in complete safety.

Any footwear cancelled after an order has been placed and monies received will be subject to a £13.00 handling charge from the refund.

The £13.00 handling charge covers our costs of shipping from the supplier in the USA and duty costs.

Shipping And Handling

All of our products are delivered by the Royal Mail at a small cost of £5.00 regardless of the quantity ordered. If we have despatched your goods and they have gone missing, we will email you a Consignment Number for you to track the parcel. You may do this by clicking on this hyperlink -

Delivery Schedule

We strive to deliver all of our orders within 14 working days, however, some items are sourced from retailers overseas or retailers who make their items by hand to order so may take longer than this. You will be sent an email to let you know when your order has been sent, however if you need your items for a specific date you can email us on sales@clubwear.co.uk or alternatively call us on 07511 544334 to make sure that we have it in stock and can get them to you in time.

Back Orders

If your goods are not in stock and we can't get them within our delivery schedule (we consider the goods could take longer than 30 days), then we will refund the cost of the item or item's due to credit card legislation.

Tax Charges

To save you from getting a nasty fright at the checkout we do not add on any sales tax to your order, the price you see is the price you pay excluding the £5.00 delivery charge.

Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. Security for the Shopper

Any communication between the shopper and Protx is also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the shopper's browser using TLS or 128 Bit SSL. Shopper are also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuers. The card issuers provides the right for shopper to dispute a transaction if the goods/services did not arrive or if the card was used fraudulently.

Data Storage

Data storage on Protx systems, and the communication between Protx and the worldwide banking networks, is regularly audited by the banking authorities to ensure a secure transaction environment. We also ensure that we stay up-to-date with the latest versions of any third-party code we use, and continually review our own proprietary code.

Returns Policy

OUR CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery by contacting our Customer Support Team by calling us - 07511 544334 or within 7 working days after delivery by sending us back the items with a note stating your name and invoice number along with your reason for returning the item(s).:

This is subject to the following conditions:

1. You are responsible for returning the item to us.

2. You will be responsible for the costs of return (unless the item is faulty).

3. The item must be unused (other than to the extent reasonably necessary to examine the item), in its original condition and returned with its packaging.

4. Confectionary and other food items, flowers and other perishable items and any items which are personalised or made to your particular requirements cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless they are faulty).

5. If you return the item to store we may ask for identification (proof of address) to help combat fraud.

You will receive a full refund of the price paid (excluding delivery charge if it has already been sent out) unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Goods

If the item you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.
