FLASHER PANEL

The Flasher is a programmable scrolling text LED panel. Originally designed to be stuck on T-Shirts, it can however be attached anywhere as it comes with two sheets of velcro backed with a durable adheshive.

Programming is surprisingly easy and quick via three buttons on the back which enable the flasher to be programmed to display almost anything - up to 32 characters using a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and punctuation.
